FAQ

 1. What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality, solid sterling silver, genuine turquoise, and other precious metals like gold and diamonds. We never use plated metals, and all our pieces are made to last a lifetime  and become an heirloom for your family and friends to enjoy.

2. How do I care for my jewelry to keep it looking beautiful?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, away from harsh chemicals and moisture. For turquoise pieces, avoid exposing them to extreme heat or chemicals to preserve their color. **ALWAYS spray perfume, hair spray or put on lotions prior to putting your jewelry on. Remove rings before washing hands as most soap contains oil moisturizers** It is inevitable getting oil on your turquoise, but it WILL change the color of your turquoise as it is real, and is very porous. Take care to rinse it off with dish soap immediately if you know you have a lot of oil on it.

Wash your jewelry in hot water and soap several times and week. For tarnishing/blackening use a polishing cloth or rub it with white tooth paste or silver paste on a damp cloth. A baking soda/water paste can also be used to gently clean your jewelry. Our jewelry will NOT turn your skin green, which occurs when Nickel is present in the metal. It WILL turn your skin blackish/grey if you have an acidic body pH, and sometimes women will find that hormone related imbalances/issues cause your silver to tarnish rapidly. This is normal and will not cause a break out or skin rash. That is the chemical reaction of the body to the metal which does contain copper.

DO NOT dip in any fluid or liquid cleaners. Although it is perfectly safe to wear in a shower or pool, ALWAYS remove before getting in hot tub, as hot tubs use a different chemical than a pool and it will turn the sterling silver very black and it is not easily removed.

3. Do you offer custom jewelry or personalized pieces?

Yes, we do offer custom and personalized jewelry! Our myGodTags line, for example, offers several shapes that can be stamped with names, dates, or special messages. We also offer the option to personalize some of our other pieces with stamping. We can also work together to create a custom piece for you. Please contact us directly to discuss your custom design ideas.

4. How do I know what size ring/bracelet/necklace to order?

For rings, we recommend using a ring sizer or visiting a local jeweler to find your size. For bracelets and necklaces, simply measure your wrist. Generally, 7" is for a petite wrist, 7.5" is for a medium wrist, 8" is for a larger wrist. For necklace length compare it with our models in the images below. 5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at mygodtags@gmail.com or 325-247-1123. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee modifications after the order is in processing.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for a full refund within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unaltered, and unused condition. After 7 days, we offer exchanges or store credit only with a 15% restocking fee if you wish to return for a refund. Personalized items, including stamped pieces, and special orders are non-returnable. 7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can choose this option at checkout, and we’ll ensure your jewelry is placed into a jewelry box and a gift bag, ready to gift. If you need a personal note added, just let us know in the notes section of the order on the checkout page!

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, althought the countries we ship to are very limited due to shipping costs, taxes and tariffs. We no longer ship to the EU due to the VAT.  . Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders ARE SUBJECT to Customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR OUTSIDE OF THE US, IT WILL GO THROUGH CUSTOMS AND IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL EXTRA WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. We cannot control this and will not refund orders that are sitting in customs for weeks. For more information, check our Shipping & Returns Policy page.

9. How long will it take for my order to ship?

We aim to process and ship our Christian/Visible Faith Jewelry orders within 2-7 business days after receiving them. Many times we can ship the Turquoise pieces within 2-5 days as well, however, sometimes it may take up to 3-5 weeks for certain turquoise pieces to ship, due to the necessity of fabrication or procurement of special stones. Custom or personalized items may take longer to process, if you need it by a certain date, contact us and we can tell you if we can accommodate your time frame. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, it comes from ShippingEasy.com, not from our email address. PLEASE check your spam/junk folders for these tracking numbers, since they are auto-generated, most email platforms recognize as Spam. If you need your products by a specific date, PLEASE select the appropriate shipping and rates.  We DO NOT GUARANTEE shipping, and you will not be refunded due to shipping times being delayed. Please understand that once we ship an order, it is out of our control as to when it will be delivered and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SLOW SHIPPING. If you track your package and it shows delivered but you did not receive it, CONTACT THE CLOSEST UP POSTAL SERVICE facility nearest to you with the tracking information. The USPS will not give us information about your package since it is not addressed to our company. They usually resolve the issue, so please do not contact us about lost/missing items until you have contacted the Post Office nearest to you. The US Postal Service is used for all shipping. For expedited shipping, please select a faster option at checkout.

10. What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in packaging and shipping our jewelry, but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly provide you with a return/exchange and cover any shipping costs for defective items. 11. How do I know if a piece of jewelry is in stock?

All our jewelry is handmade in small batches, and while we try to keep inventory up to date, some items may sell out quickly. If a piece is out of stock, it will be noted on the product page, and we may offer you the option to pre-order or be notified when it becomes available again. 12. What if my item doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, and we’re happy to help. If your item doesn’t fit or you simply change your mind, please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange it within our specified window.

13. Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces for our customers. Whether you're looking for a special stamping, a personalized design, or a custom combination of materials, we’re happy to bring your vision to life. Please contact us to discuss your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create something truly unique. Please note that custom orders for pieces are on a first come first served basis, and often the wait time can be several months depending on what you would like created.

14. Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry for manufacturing defects. If your item shows any defects due to craftsmanship, please contact us to arrange for a repair, replacement, or exchange. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, wear and tear, or misuse.

15. Can I host a trunk show or jewelry party?

Yes, we love partnering with customers and retailers who want to share our jewelry with their friends and family! Hosting a trunk show is a great way to showcase our pieces, earn rewards, and introduce others to our unique collections. 16. Do you have a physical store?

17. Do you repair jewelry NOT purchased at Visible Faith Jewelry?

No, we do not.
