Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Typically, orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is placed. Please note that personalized items and backordered products may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays that may affect your order.
Shipping Options
At checkout, you can choose from a variety of shipping options. The delivery speed and cost will be based on the option you select.
Same-Day Shipping
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping for Overnight or Priority shipping options. However, we will do our best to fulfill these requests and ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow additional time for order processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple return process.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund within 7 calendar days after the delivery of your order. After 7 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. Returns will not be accepted for special orders or personalized items. Please ensure your returned items are not worn, altered, or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at 325-247-1123. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Restocking Fee
For items returned not returned within the 7-calendar-day window and not being exchanged or are not damaged, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you choose to return an item after the 7-day window, only an exchange or store credit will be offered.
