This nice, thick band is hand-inscribed around the band with the words, "let go, let God, be free". Between the inscriptions "let go" and "let God", there is a cross to symbolize Christ's ability intercede on our behalf so that we have direct access to God. In between the the inscription "let God" and "be free", there is a wing symbolizing the freedom we receive when we trust in God, and the freedom from a burdened heart when we give it to God. The side of the ring also bears small cross. The band measures about 3/16" wide in places, and is about 1/8" thick. It comes in sizes 6-10, and it makes a nice "worry" ring when worn on the thumb!
